2. Terms of Engagement from Coop
- Coop sends detailed service and fee breakdown
- Prospect agrees on selected service or all services including sign off on Coop’s fee for these services
- Agree terms of engagement and execute relevant documents
3. Schedule an Inspection
and Property Assessment
- Technical team conducts technical due diligence
- Coop submits technical due diligence report, inspection report, market comparative/valuation report
- Client reviews and adopts recommendation from reports submitted
4. Legal Due Diligence
- Client provides documents for the property
- Coop legal team conducts due diligence/title verification from the appropriate document registry
- Coop legal team prepares and submits recommendations
5. List Property
- Coop list property on property hub or ratification recommendation is sent to the seller
