- Book an inspection with our team within our official inspection time
- View properties and confirm interest via email
3. Offer, Negotiation
and Assistance
- Your offer is presented to the seller for possible consideration
- Coop negotiates final purchase price (if seller accepts discounted purchase price) + other closing cost
- Closing cost: includes agency fee + legal fee + title perfection fee + insurance fee + renovation fee (optional)
- Acceptance of offer terms and conditions which includes purchase price and closing costs
4. Project Loan and
Property Acquisition finance

5. Contract Preparation and Review
- Coop works with seller's lawyer to prepare a draft purchase agreement/ deed of assignment and forward to you for consent
- Execute agreement when terms are satisfactory
6. Receive Apartment Keys
- Make payment as stipulated in the executed contract
- Receive apartment keys from Coop or seller's rep
